Responsibilities:
Reception:
* Answer, screen, and transfer calls professionally.
* Greet visitors and maintain a welcoming front-of-house area.
* Manage mail, couriers, and office communications.
* Support administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and record-keeping.
* Assist the sales team with account management, client inquiries, order processing, and CRM updates.
* Help prepare proposals and reports to support client relationships.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Marketing:
* Support marketing activities to enhance the Oxford Vitality brand, including social media, email campaigns, and communications.
* Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities for brand or product improvement.
Candidate Profile:
* Highly organized, capable of multitasking effectively.
* Confident and personable communicator.
* Positive attitude and proactive approach.
* Experience in administration, reception, or customer service preferred.
* Interest or background in sales, marketing, or branding advantageous.
* Interest in health and wellness is a plus.
