Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and grow sales within defined sectors
2. Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking and relationship building
3. Support and motivate sales development to drive revenue growth
4. Follow up on leads generated by marketing and lead generation teams
5. Develop and manage effective contact networks and strategic partnerships
6. Work closely with internal teams, including Estimating and Account Management, to ensure timely responses and client satisfaction
7. Accurately forecast and report on sales performance
8. Maintain CRM records, update dashboards and contribute to performance reports
9. Maintain a positive, professional approach when dealing with clients and colleagues
10. Offer product and service expertise, confidently addressing customer queries
