Responsibilities
* Sort deliveries, place orders and schedule hours to meet operational efficiency targets.
* Lead people management and performance, handle customer queries or carry out till spot checks.
* Maximise sales in your store, ensure great customer service, minimise costs and optimise operational efficiency.
* Motivate and develop your team to deliver excellent customer service.
Qualifications
* An experienced people-manager
* Used to leading teams in a fast-paced, stakeholder/customer driven environment
* Skilled in time management, cost control and boosting operational efficiency
* Motivated to consistently achieve targets
