An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Property Lawyer to step into a leadership role as a Conveyancing Team Leader / Supervisor. This position offers full flexibility with the choice of hybrid or fully remote working, giving you the work/life balance you deserve. You will oversee a team of 10 staff (a mix of fee earners and support staff) while handling a manageable caseload. The firm caps lawyers at no more than 70 files, ensuring quality of work and reducing burnout.
