Job Description
This is a broad and hands-on Management Accountant role where no two days look the same. You'll have the space to take ownership, influence improvements, and develop your financial expertise within a dynamic operational environment.Your key responsibilities will include:
3. Preparing monthly management accounts and delivering insightful commentary
4. Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple cost centres
5. Business partnering with operations, engineering and production teams
6. Analysing manufacturing variances and identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies
7. Maintaining balance sheet reconciliations and supporting month-end processes
8. Improving reporting tools, dashboards and financial processes
9. Getting involved in system enhancements and continuous improvement projects
10. Providing ad-hoc analysis to support commercial and operational decisions
