Responsibilities
* Advise, strategize, and build partnerships with senior decision-makers in the renewable energy sector.
* Operate with independence, running your desk with minimal supervision.
* Leverage your network to identify opportunities, develop relationships, and meet or exceed targets.
* Collaborate with clients and candidates to connect talent with organisations shaping the future of renewable energy.
Qualifications
* Proven recruitment experience with a strong network and a track record of achieving targets.
* Ability to engage with senior decision-makers and run a desk autonomously.
* Experience in Renewable Energy, Solar, Wind, Green Tech, or related sectors is desirable.
