* Supporting liability and quantum investigations, including:
o Reviewing and analysing medical evidence
o Researching and applying relevant case law

* Identifying matters where litigation is tactically advantageous and assisting with progression
* Supporting client advice on settlement strategy, litigation and cost risks
* Contributing to performance targets including profit costs, settlements and case issuance
* Liaising with medical agencies, experts, third-party insurers and other stakeholders to progress claims efficiently
* Attending court hearings where required and assisting with the instruction of Counsel in line with internal procedures
* Ensuring files are managed in accordance with CPR and internal compliance standards
About You
* Experience handling RTA claims (Fast Track/MOJ preferred)
* Strong working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and relevant case law
Formal qualifications (eg CILEX) are advantageous but not essential.

Benefits
* 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays

* 2 paid volunteering days per year
* Matched charity fundraising (up to £250)
* Medicash health cash plan (dental, optical, physio and more)
* Digital physiotherapy, wellbeing tools and fitness resources
* Retail and travel discounts
* Life assurance (4x salary)
