A landmark London mixed-use estate is hiring a Marketing Manager to drive footfall, retailer performance and commercial growth across a high-profile destination in Prime London.
This role requires strong retail marketing experience, ideally working across a broad range of suppliers.

The Role
This is a commercially driven marketing position focused on footfall, conversion and retailer performance.
You will:
Drive Destination Growth
* Deliver campaigns that increase footfall and repeat visits
* Use visitor data and events to maximise engagement
* Strengthen the estate’s positioning as a leading London retail destination
Partner with Retail & Hospitality Brands
* Work directly with tenants to increase sales and conversion
* Deliver joint initiatives that support turnover rent growth
* Amplify brand activity across estate-wide channels
Own Digital & Performance Oversight
* Collaborate with media agencies on paid media and SEO
* Optimise campaigns for measurable ROI
* Improve website traffic and online conversion
Act as a Commercial Connector
* Align marketing with asset management objectives
* Support the Head of Brand on wider initiatives
* Manage agencies, partnerships and on-site marketing collateral
The Profile
* Proven retail marketing experience (shopping centre, destination, high street brand or similar environment)
* Strong commercial mindset — understands how marketing drives sales and turnover rent
* Deep understanding of digital performance marketing and SEO
* Confident managing agencies and interpreting performance data
* Highly organised, comfortable running multiple concurrent campaigns
Package
* Hybrid working: 4 days in office (SW London), 1 day from home
* High visibility role within a flagship London development
