Central Operations Manager
Salary to £65k + package
Are you a highly commercial operator with a demonstrable track record as a Central Operations Manager? Do you have experience working in any of the following sectors: Optical, Pharmaceutical, Clinical / Dental, Care or Veterinary? Do you want to develop your career and work for an organisation going through a period of growth and transformational change?

What does the Central Operations Manager role involve?
This is a very broad and commercial role responsible for driving efficiency across the estate
* You will manage and assume responsibility for the central operations and projects functions.
* You will be instrumental in devising and implementing processes and procedures which achieve both organisational efficiency and high levels of service.
* You will compile data and analyse on the performance of key measures to present to key stakeholders
* You will manage and produce modelling to evaluate additional service provision.
* You will integral to the development of new concepts and in launching new sites.

* With a keen eye for costs and to create efficiency, you may have been involved in procurement projects, cost saving initiatives in your prior business and roles. Minimising costs and maximising benefit are your key focus and belief when looking at operations, processes and procedures.
