Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the preparation of pitch and RFP responses, credential statements, and biographies.
* Support the creation of brochures, promotional materials, and other marketing collateral.
* Help deliver internal and external communications, including thought leadership and marketing campaigns.
* Manage the organisation and delivery of both in-person and virtual client events, roundtables, seminars, and sponsorships, including preparing mailing lists and tracking return on investment.
* Contribute to the production of legal directory submissions and award nominations.
* Support initiatives to strengthen client relationship management.
* Conduct market and competitor research and assist with client mapping exercises.
* Maintain accurate CRM data, client intelligence, and credentials records.
* Collaborate closely with the BD team and other stakeholders on strategic business development and marketing projects as required.
Person Specification:
* 1–2 years’ experience in business development and/or marketing within an international law firm or professional services environment.
* Understanding of the legal market and experience working with internal stakeholders.
* Strong writing, communication, and project management skills.
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
* Professional maturity and a solutions-oriented approach.
* Willingness to spend an average of four days per week in the office.
