Job Title: Branch Administrator
Duration: Full time, Permanent
Location: Glasshouse Support Office, Wigan, WN3 6GL

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Branch Administrator to join our team. This is a key role supporting the recruitment office, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and maintaining the highest standards of compliance across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out general administrative and office duties to support day-to-day operations.
Coordinate the onboarding process for workers, including preparing competency packs, booking inductions, generating contracts, completing reference checks, and managing timesheet submissions.
Maintain and update the candidate database, reviewing talent pool applications and supporting ongoing recruitment activities.
Prepare and manage invoices related to payroll and other business operations.
Provide support for payroll queries, resolving issues efficiently.
Ensure full compliance with recruitment processes and company policies.
Manage CV parsing and data entry to maintain accurate candidate records.
General Office duties such as Office upkeep and replenishment of general stock.

What we’re looking for:

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confident communicator with the ability to liaise professionally with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
Previous experience in recruitment administration (Payroll, compliance or NAECI experience is an advantage but not essential).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel (essential)
A team player with a proactive and flexible approach.
