About the Role
We are looking for aTechnical Product & Solutions Managerto take ownership of our digital technology portfolio, coveringLED/LCD digital signage, self-service kiosks, payment systems, and digital menu boards.
This is ahands-on, mid-level rolesuited to someone with proven experience in digital hardware ecosystems who can bridge the gap betweenvendors, sales, and implementation teams. You will play a key role in evaluating new technologies, designing integrated solutions, supporting technical sales activities, and ensuring successful delivery to customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate, test, and onboard technology vendors for digital signage, kiosk, and payment solutions
* Assess hardware and software for performance, compatibility, scalability, compliance, and total cost of ownership
* Maintain technical specifications, product documentation, and solution standards
Solution Design & System Integration
* Design end-to-end technology solutions integrating hardware, software, and connectivity
* Manage multi-vendor ecosystems including displays, kiosks, CMS platforms, POS, and payment systems
* Define reference architectures and integration best practices
* Act as the technical expert supporting sales and business development teams
* Assist with solution design, customer presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept
* Provide technical input for proposals, RFPs, and RFQs
Implementation & Deployment Support
* Support project teams during pilot programs and full rollouts
* Work with vendors, installers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during deployment and early operations
* Monitor market trends and emerging technologies in digital signage, kiosks, and payment systems
* Recommend product improvements, upgrades, and new solutions
* Capture field feedback to continuously enhance solution performance
Required Experience
* 5+ years of relevant experience in:
* Digital signage systems
* Retail, hospitality, or customer-facing technology solutions
* Proven experience assessing and working with technology vendors
* Hands-on experience managing hardware and software integration
* Experience supporting technical sales and solution delivery
Key Technical Skills
* Strong understanding of LED and LCD display technologies
* Knowledge of kiosk hardware (touchscreens, printers, scanners, cameras, peripherals)
* Experience with digital signage CMS platforms
* Familiarity with POS and payment system integration
* Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, connectivity)
* Ability to document and communicate technical solutions clearly
Education & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
* orequivalent practical experience
* Relevant technical certifications are an advantage but not mandatory
