What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in light plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, or appliance repair
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Basic tools required – power tools a plus!
* Reliable transportation + can lift 40–50 lbs
Preferred Qualifications:
* 1+ years of apartment, building, or commercial maintenance experience
* CPO, EPA, or HVAC certification (a PLUS, not required)
* Familiarity with work orders and unit turns
