We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Legal Assistant to join our dynamic team in our York Office.
What You'll Do:
As a Legal Assistant in our Private Client department, your role will be pivotal in supporting our solicitors and ensuring the smooth operation of our legal services. You will:
* Assist in the preparation and drafting of legal documents, including wills and trusts.
* Manage client files and maintain accurate records.
* Communicate with clients, third parties, and other professionals to ensure efficient case management.
* Conduct legal research and provide administrative support to the team.
* organise and prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
