As a Sales Coordinator based in our Crawley branch (RH10 9RE), your responsibilities will include:
* Being the first point of contact for customers, building strong relationships
* Serving customers at the trading counter and answering calls
* Keeping the branch tidy and stock organized
* Collaborating with other Sales Coordinators and reporting to the Sales Office Manager
* Managing a customer ledger and progressing towards a Sales Negotiator role
Working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, with shifts from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Free parking is available, and public transport is accessible.
What we’re looking for:
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Experience in a similar role is preferable but not essential
* A positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn
* IT literacy and confidence in speaking with customers in person and over the phone
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn about our products and customers
