What You'll Do:
* Maintain and update team performance hubs and KPIs (e.g. savings, supplier feedback, contract expiry, Coupa reports) within agreed timelines
* Own and manage the NCT feedback app, ensuring timely distribution, database upkeep, and resolution tracking
* Prepare monthly operations presentation packs and coordinate updates
* Support annual activities such as Winter Preparedness and Background Assurance Checks
* Manage end-to-end Coupa requisitions and generate ad hoc reports as needed
* Assist Contract Specialists with finance queries and reporting
* Create and collate Supplier Management Packs for quarterly meetings; attend and capture actions
* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* Provide general support for ad hoc projects and administrative tasks
What You'll Have:
* Proven experience in data reporting and processing, with a keen eye for accuracy.
* Confident user of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong communicator-both written and verbal-with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Highly organised, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities with ease.
* Analytical thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
* Self-starter who's proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to stay focused under pressure.
* A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
