We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive People Operations Partner to join our global People Team. This role is ideal for someone with 3–4 years of People/HR experience who enjoys supporting a wide range of administrative and operational tasks across the employee lifecycle. The People Operations Partner will help ensure smooth processes, accurate data, and a great employee experience while building strong foundations for scale.

What You’ll Do
* Support day-to-day People Operations processes across onboarding, offboarding, employee data changes, and compliance activities.
* Manage and maintain accurate employee records in Workday and related systems.
* Assist with benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries in a timely and helpful manner.
* Coordinate leaves of absence and accommodations, ensuring compliance with company processes and legal requirements.
* Help prepare regular and ad-hoc People reports, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
* Provide administrative support for People policies, processes, and programs (including immigration/global mobility where needed).
* Partner closely with People team members in the U.S., EMEA, and APAC to ensure alignment and coverage.
* Assist in improving processes for scalability, efficiency, and employee experience.
Skills We’re Looking For
* 3–4 years of experience in People Operations, HR administration, or a related field.
* Familiarity with HR systems (Workday strongly preferred).
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Basic understanding of HR compliance and employment laws (U.S. or international).
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
* Curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow within People Operations.
