As a Service Desk Analyst, you will provide high-quality support and be a point of escalation for this Telecommunications organisation. You will deliver essential business support for all users, both on-site and at remote locations. You will predominantly be providing level 1 support via email and phone. Client Details This is a large telecommunications solutions provider who is going through rapid growth. Based across the UK they are looking for an experienced IT service desk analyst Description You will be responsible for logging and triaging all incidents and using online service desk to handle support calls. You will be adept at working with a Microsoft environment using Office 365 and Active Directory on a daily basis with exposure managing other applications such as SCCM and SQL applications desirable but not essential. You will provide a professional and high-quality interface between systems support and its customers, ensuring customers feel assured they will be helped. You will be using a FreshService ticketing system whilst maintaining systems support information and documentation for both end users and within the team. You will also be required to provide ad-hoc project support across the wide Technology team. Profile You will be articulate and passionate about providing exceptional customer services via phone and email.
