About the role
Support the team, take charge of day‑to‑day operations, help hit performance goals and ensure the team not only meets expectations but surpasses them. Own the restaurant’s atmosphere, guest experience and smooth running. You will lead, train, coach and motivate crew to meet and go beyond standards. Keep KPIs on target, manage admin from rosters to stock, and create a welcoming place for guests and team alike.
Key responsibilities
* Take ownership of the restaurant, drive performance and hit goals.
* Build and maintain a strong team through training, coaching and motivation.
* Ensure quality, safety and compliance; keep the environment efficient, clean and compliant.
* Monitor KPIs and support the team to meet or exceed targets.
* Manage shift‑level operations – rotas, stock, admin and guest experiences.
* Create memorable moments for guests, turning first‑timers into regulars.
