YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Active support of the racing team in the planning, preparation, and execution of motorsport projects around the globe
* Installation and maintenance of both analog and digital voice radio systems
* Setup and operation of wireless and wired communication networks
* Deployment and support of smaller-scale IT infrastructures
* Close collaboration with RIEDEL colleagues on site and Formula 1 teams
* Troubleshooting down to module level, including detailed technical reporting for both the on-site team and the headquarters in Wuppertal
* Thorough documentation of all completed events
THAT'S YOU
* Successfully completed technical training (e.g. mechatronics, event or IT technology, electronics for devices and systems, or communications technology) or equivalent academic background
* Genuine passion for working with radio, intercom, audio, and IT systems
* Solid hands-on experience in motorsport, broadcast, or event technology is a strong plus
* Willingness to travel extensively, with a high degree of flexibility and self-reliance
* Enthusiasm for end-to-end project execution and on-site involvement
* Ability to quickly adapt to dynamic environments, with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
* Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Valid Class B driving license
