Tasks
* Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in matters related to family law, including divorce, child custody, and financial settlements.
* Prepare and review legal documents such as agreements, affidavits, and court pleadings while ensuring compliance with relevant legal standards and client requirements.
* Conduct thorough research on case law, statutes, and legal precedents to support case strategies and ensure informed decision-making.
* Negotiate and mediate disputes between parties to achieve favorable outcomes for clients while minimizing the need for litigation.
* Attend court hearings and proceedings to advocate on behalf of clients, presenting evidence and arguments effectively to judges and other legal professionals.
Requirements
* A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in Family Law.
* Proven experience handling diverse and complex family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and financial settlements.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively advocate for clients.
* Ability to manage a caseload independently while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
* Commitment to providing exceptional client service and maintaining confidentiality.
