The role
We’re looking for an experienced, commercially driven Global Growth & New Business Sales Manager to lead and scale Alamy’s global growth and new business sales teams. Reporting to the Global Head of Enterprise Sales & Partnerships, this role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, strengthening Alamy’s global market presence and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
You’ll bring a strong growth mindset and a proven ability to inspire, influence and develop high-performing global teams. You will be accountable for delivering against ambitious revenue targets, ensuring flawless execution of new business strategy and embedding a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement across regions.
This is a hands-on leadership role, combining strategic planning with active market engagement, senior-level deal oversight and close cross-functional collaboration across Sales Enablement, Operations, Finance, Product and Marketing.
Key responsibilities
1. Execute global growth and new business sales strategies
2. Build, lead and develop a high-performing, collaborative global sales team
3. Own and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
4. Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and performance management to sales leaders and individual contributors.
5. Oversee large, complex enterprise deals and manage senior global customer relationships.
6. Ensure robust pipeline management, forecasting and disciplined Salesforce
7. Work closely with Sales Enablement and Operations to optimise processes, tools and performance measurement.
8. Drive flawless execution of new business activity, from pipeline generation through to onboarding and long-term growth.
9. Spend time in market with customers and prospects, attending industry events and representing Alamy globally.
10. Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities

16. Experience working across time zones and leading diverse, remote teams.
17. A customer-first approach and strong problem-solving skills in complex client situations.
