Job Title: Mortgage Administrator We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our team on a Full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have proven administrative experience, with some knowledge or background in estate agency or finance. Key Responsibilities: Providing general administrative support to the team Managing correspondence, filing, and documentation Assisting with data entry and record-keeping Supporting colleagues with property/financial paperwork and processes Handling enquiries in a professional and efficient manner Keeping the clients informed with progress by getting updates from the Lenders etc. Skills & Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role (essential) Some knowledge of estate agency or finance (desirable) Strong organisational and time-management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Details: (flexible working considered this will be Agreed/Reviewed after Probationary period) Location: [Ilford] Salary: [£26,000 - £30,000 Dependent on experience] If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a supportive team, we would love to hear from you.
