About the role
Strategy Consulting Manager – senior level, responsible for leading strategy and design within a life‑sciences consultancy. The role manages end‑to‑end projects, supports business growth, and develops client relationships across digital transformation, commercial strategy and medical affairs.
Responsibilities
* Lead strategic consulting projects from initial concept through delivery, ensuring client requirements and deadlines are met.
* Support business growth by developing proposals, identifying client needs, and participating in the pitching process for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
* Manage and mentor a global team of consultants while contributing to the agency's thought leadership and industry presence.
Qualifications
* Substantial experience in strategy or management consulting, focusing on life sciences or the pharmaceutical sector.
* Commercial experience in proposal development, project scoping, and collaborating with business development teams to secure new engagements.
* Subject‑matter expertise in healthcare practice areas such as digital transformation, patient engagement, or medical affairs.
Benefits & salary
Salaries in the region of £70,000–90,000 plus bonuses and a superb benefits pack.
