This role involves proactively managing customer's journeys, aiming to retain and expand the customer base by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth service.Key Responsibilities:* Taking inbound calls and ensuring each customer receives a 5-star experience.* Working on a shared email inbox and providing supportive and helpful replies.* Communicating with customers regarding their orders, including delays, delivery timeframes, returns, and faulty products.* Process orders and quotes and ensuring same-day responses.* Resolving product and technical enquiries and make appropriate product recommendations.* Maintaining accurate and detailed customer account records.Essential Requirements:* Fluency in German and fluency in English (both written and verbal).* The ability to build rapport with customer and provide 5* service.* Excellent communication, and teamwork skills with a positive attitude.
