Duties/Job Function:
Reporting to the Principal and Head of Quality & Enhancement [HQE] the post holder will be responsible for providing administrative support on Assessment/examination issues such as entering Students for Assessment/examinations, arranging Examination sessions, rooms, papers and invigilation, dispatching Assessment/examination scripts, processing and recording results and answering student queries. Entering, maintaining and querying student details onto computerised and manual records, using both Awarding Body web-based systems and College Management Information Systems. Providing accurate student attendance monitoring, assignment late submissions and deadlines issues to course leaders and lecturers. Reporting late assessment marking to both HQE and Personnel department. Be able to train new Course administrative assistants.
Qualifications Required:
A first degree or equivalent professional qualification with extensive office work experience. Good knowledge of MSO is essential.. Successful applicants may be required to provide an enhanced disclosure. Disclosure expense will be met by employer.
