Reporting to the Head of Reward & Transformation, the Benefits & Wellbeing Manager will lead the design, implementation, and management of benefits and wellbeing programmes across the UK. This is a strategic and operational role, responsible for driving engagement, ensuringpliance and first-class employee experience.
As Benefits & Wellbeing Manager you will have a background in Employee Benefits, within a corporate setting. You will need an understanding of Global Mobility, the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels, and have an analytical mindset. You will befortable working in a fast-paced, change based environment.
