Percival is proud to be partnering exclusively with The Hive Youth Zone, to recruit a new Corporate Partnerships Manager to join their passionate and collaborative fundraising team.
The Hive is a purpose-built space for young people aged 8–19 (or up to 25 for those with a disability), offering a wide range of activities and vital support services. It provides a safe, welcoming environment where young people can engage in positive activities and build trusted relationships.
This is an exciting new role within the team, with the opportunity to make a lasting impact by helping to secure a sustainable future for thousands of local young people through the generation of high-value corporate partnerships.
Position: Corporate Partnerships Manager
Reporting to: Head of Fundraising
Salary: Up to £35,000
Location: Birkenhead, Wirral (CH41 4EA)
As Corporate Partnerships Manager, your primary focus will be to generate unrestricted income by securing new corporate partnerships. This will involve aligning The Hive's mission with ESG agendas, submitting compelling applications for high-value Charity of the Year opportunities, and leveraging the potential of corporate foundations. You'll be responsible for cultivating and securing long-term partnerships with businesses across the Wirral and the Liverpool City Region.
You'll also work closely with the Head of Fundraising and Philanthropy Manager to strengthen and evolve the charity's strategic approach to corporate fundraising.
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Have a proven track record of securing five-figure income, either through fundraising or a comparable business development role
* Be a confident and proactive relationship builder, comfortable engaging with new prospects both in person and online
* Bring experience in account management, ensuring supporters or clients receive tailored, high-quality engagement
* Possess strong written communication skills, capable of crafting compelling cases for support and persuasive applications
* Share the values of 'young people first'
* Ideally have a full, clean driving licence
