As Media Sales and Account Manager, you sit within the commercial team and are primarily focused on client services/management and revenue management.

As a member of the Media Sales and Account Management team, you will help to shape the way we communicate and treat both customers and mutual professionals – which will in turn increase revenue turnover through customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and duties:
* Actively seek new leads and handle inbound sales enquiries, selling campaigns, cross- and up-selling to drive growth and revenue across The Manc Group
* Be the go-between between our valued clients and The Manc Group’s creative team, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to our usual high standards
* Create and deliver stat reports to clients, analysing a campaign’s performance, ensuring ROI for customers, as well as reporting internally
* Be able to creatively and discerningly interpret client briefs, working closely with The Manc Group’s creative team at every step from pitching to posting
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, PR contacts, and other contacts across the North West, seeking out networking opportunities to establish yourself and the business.
* Hit and exceed commercial targets and KPI's, manage client payment terms and ensure all systems are up to date
* Media sales experience is essential
* A good knowledge and contact list for at least one city (Manchester/Leeds/Sheffield) is highly desirable
* A keen understanding of social media platforms and digital media landscape
* Highly organised, focussed, and capable of spinning multiple plates
* Experience with accounting software and project management software
* Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role, with excellent communication skills
* Willingness and ability to occasionally work outside of "normal hours" - mainly for fun events, launches, etc
* Excellent attention to detail and process orientated
