What you’ll be doing
* Welcoming clients and ensuring a professional, friendly first impression
* Answering calls, taking and passing on messages
* Managing the CRM system, including updating client records and matching fees
* Preparing pre-meeting documents such as valuations and illustrations
* Scheduling and following up client appointments
* Handling incoming post and scanning documents to client files
* Assisting with quarterly client mailings
* Distributing emails received through the company website
* Supporting the Customer Relations Manager with client suitability reports after annual reviews
Training provided
* Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard
* Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
* Training delivered in the workplace
Requirements
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in maths and English (grades 4–9)
* Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) – training will be given
* Excellent communication and organisation skills
* Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative
* High attention to detail
