We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Staff Nurse to join our team within the People with Learning Disabilities Division. This is a rewarding opportunity to support individuals with learning disabilities and associated needs, helping them live fulfilling and independent lives. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. The role includes clinical responsibilities, leadership opportunities, and active involvement in service development.
Responsibilities
* Deliver safe, effective, and personalised care in line with individual care plans.
* Act as a keyworker and shift leader, supporting junior staff and students.
* Administer medication and support individuals with personal care and health needs.
* Promote independence, inclusion, and wellbeing through meaningful activities.
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning and reviews.
* Uphold safeguarding, confidentiality, and professional standards.
* Responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of person-centred care.

Qualifications
* A registered nurse (RNLD, RMN or RGN) with current NMC registration.
* Passion for supporting people with learning disabilities and autism.
* Able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
* Committed to inclusive, respectful, and evidence-based care.
* A strong communicator and team player.
