Specialising in a wide range of acoustic services, we provide expert noise testing, noise impact assessments, and acoustic surveys for both domestic and commercial premises across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects in the public and private sectors, working on environmental planning, sound insulation testing, building design, and noise impact assessments. Based in their Plymouth office, you will benefit from working closey with their Principal Acoustician on variety of project and gain valuable experience in a one to one mentoring arrangement. Responsibilities As an Acoustic Consultant, your key responsibilities will include: Conducting acoustic surveys and noise testing for various projects. Preparing detailed acoustic and noise survey reports to meet Local Authority planning and environmental health requirements. Performing noise impact assessments, including BS4142 mechanical plant noise assessments and BS8233 residential development noise reports. Undertaking sound insulation testing and noise at work assessments. Providing specialist acoustic advice and bespoke consultancy services tailored to client needs.
