About the Role
As a Catering Assistant, you will:
Food Preparation: You'll start by supporting the team on the salad bar, preparing fresh ingredients and learning the ropes. As your confidence and skills grow, you'll move on to assisting with the griddle and serving areas, helping to prepare hot meals and support service during busy periods.
1. Daily Prep Tasks: You'll help with prepping vegetables, making soups, and ensuring the salad bar is fully stocked and beautifully presented.
