Role Overview
Hybrid- Staines (Tuesday compulsory)
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Graduate HR Assistant to join our growing People & Talent function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their HR career who is passionate about supporting people, developing HR skills, and contributing to a positive employee experience.
You will work closely with the HR Manager and Talent team to support day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, documentation, onboarding, compliance, and general employee support.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the HR team across the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding
* Assist with preparing and issuing contracts, onboarding documents, and employment letters
* Maintain employee records and ensure HR data is accurate and up to date
* Help coordinate induction sessions and onboarding activities for new joiners
* Track probation periods, performance reviews, and other HR processes
* Support with HR queries from employees, ensuring timely and professional responses
* Assist with recording sick leave, annual leave, and other absence management tasks
* Help organise internal events, training sessions, and engagement activities
* Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team during peak recruitment periods
* Ensure compliance with HR policies, GDPR requirements, and company procedures
* Provide general administrative support to the HR team and management
What We’re Looking For
* A recent graduate (HR, Business, Psychology or similar preferred, but all disciplines welcome)
* Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
* Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Some exposure to HR, admin, or people-focused roles is a bonus but not required

* Competitive salary of £25,000 – £26,000
