The National Property Integration manager will lead the integration of refurbished properties, new builds, and business acquisitions into the organisation’s property portfolio.
Working across Property Development, Business Acquisition, and Operational Leadership, this role ensures that facilities meet both operational and clinical requirements, supporting high-tech healthcare, residential and corporate environments.
How y ou’ll help us make health happ en
* Integration Leadership:
o Drive integration activities for new and refurbished sites and acquired businesses.
o Act as the key link between Property Operations, Development, and Operational Leadership
* Infrastructure & Technical Expertise:
o Ensure building infrastructure supports both general building systems and advanced clinical equipment (e.g., MRI, CT scanners).
o Oversee technical requirements for healthcare environments as agreed by the respective specialist lead.
* Compliance & Standards:
o Maintain compliance with UK healthcare property regulations and statutory requirements.
o Ensure adherence to health and safety and clinical environment standards.
* Contractor & Project Management:
o Manage contractors and suppliers during integration phase of projects, ensuring quality and cost control.
o Support procurement and performance monitoring of service providers.
* Stakeholder Engagement:
o Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align property integration with operational objectives.
o Provide technical guidance during acquisition and development phases.
What you’ll bring:
* Proven experience in property integration within a healthcare environment
* Proven ability to lead internal teams through integration activity ensuring all consultation and documentation are completed to the required standard
* Strong understanding of building infrastructure and clinical equipment requirements (including high-tech imaging equipment such as MRI).
* Knowledge of UK compliance standards, building regulations, and healthcare-specific statutory requirements.
* Experience in contractor management and project delivery within complex environments.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work nationally and manage multiple projects concurrently
* Recognised qualification in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering or related discipline
* Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., IWFM, RICS, IHEEM).
* Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, APM)
