Join the RAC as a SuperFlex Roadside Technician. Flexibility deserves recognition – and we deliver. As a Superflex Patrol Roadside Technician, you'll provide the adaptability our service relies on.
Competitive salary: £48,720 basic, with the opportunity to earn up to £54,000
Weekly variety: Your shift schedule averages 40 hours per week. You receive your roster seven days in advance, with core working hours confirmed three days prior.
Thrive outside of 9‑5: Shifts run from 06:00 to 02:00 and may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

* Embrace flexibility, handling fault diagnostics, flat tyres, flat batteries and other tasks, managing your kit, van and reports with precision.
* Read a situation, make wise decisions, support members and keep everyone moving. Every call‑out is a chance to showcase the RAC difference.
Requirements
* A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with demonstrable technical, electrical and diagnostic experience.
* A customer‑focused approach.
* A full UK driving licence.
* Flexibility to work at short notice and to travel with overnight stays if necessary.
