Job Description
3. Accurately process payroll for employees in a timely manner.
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll regulations and legislation.
5. Maintain and update employee records, including tax and benefits information.
6. Handle payroll-related queries and provide support to employees as needed.
7. Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure accurate reporting.
8. Assist in preparing payroll reports and summaries for management review.
9. Identify and implement improvements to payroll processes where necessary.
10. Support audits related to payroll and employee compensation.
11. Supporting across finance and HR where required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Officer should have:
12. Proven experience in payroll processing and administration.
13. Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant legislation.
14. Excellent numerical and organisational skills.
