Why this role stands out: Based at Dakota House in Weybridge (North East area) with modern facilities and good transport links Caseload of around 18-20 children, with a duty rota every four weeks Hybrid working - typically two days a week in the office when not on duty Excellent support from Team Managers and experienced colleagues About the role: As a Social Worker in the Assessment Service, you'll carry out proportionate assessments and focused interventions that safeguard children and promote positive outcomes. You'll work within a fast-paced duty system, using your professional judgement to make informed decisions and progress cases effectively. You'll also contribute to a supportive team environment where learning and development are key. Key responsibilities: Undertake assessments and interventions for children and families with a range of needs Make well-evidenced decisions to safeguard and support children Work closely with partner agencies to ensure a joined-up response Contribute to a team culture of reflection, learning and peer support Maintain accurate, timely case records using Liquid Logic The tools to support you: We want you to focus on what matters.
