CNC Miller – Programmer / Setter / Operator

Salary: £15 - £20 per hour
Hours: 7am–4pm Mon–Thurs | 7am–12pm Fri (39 hours paid)
Location: Rugby
The Role
· Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines with Siemens controls
· Producing small batches, one offs, and reworked parts
· Using Fusion 360 CAD/CAM (preferred but not essential)
· Taking ownership from setup through to inspection – real end to end craftsmanship
The Package
· £15 - £20 per hour (depending on experience)
· 39 paid hours per week
· 30 minute lunch + paid morning break
· 34 days holiday including Bank Holidays
· Company pension
· Free on site parking
· Friday finishes at 12pm – start your weekend early!
What You’ll Bring
· Solid experience as a CNC Miller / Programmer / Setter Operator
· Confident with Siemens controls
· Ideally some Fusion 360 CAD/CAM knowledge
· A practical mindset, attention to detail, and pride in your work
