About the Role
This is fixed-term position within our Pig & Poultry Division responsible for supporting product launches, managing technical documentation, and ensuring effective communication across teams during a maternity cover period.
Role Responsibilities
* Launch and promote new products within the Pig & Poultry Division, ensuring timely coordination across departments.
* Prepare and update technical documentation and marketing materials to support product rollouts.
* Communicate product launches, discontinuations, and key updates (including regulatory changes and business strategy) to internal teams.
* Deliver training on new products through presentations, webinars, and workshops where required.
* Manage technical literature, including TDS, product information sheets, and SharePoint documentation.
* Coordinate the launch of new labels and ensure accurate documentation is maintained.
* Support identification of market gaps and new product opportunities through competitor analysis and collaboration with sales teams.
* Coordinate new product trials and manage rollouts of new technologies with supporting literature and approvals.
* Liaise with marketing and regulatory teams to ensure compliance and effective distribution of product information.
Skills and Experience
* Strong communication and coordination skills.
* Experience in product development and technical documentation.
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements for product launches.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Analytical skills for market and competitor analysis.
* Proficiency with documentation systems (e.g., SharePoint).
* Experience in a science or technical field is advantageous
