HR Business Partner - Belfast - Permanent I am delighted to be exclusively partnering with a leading private sector organisation as they look to add an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team, in this full-time permanent role. This is a strategic and hands-on generalist role, ideal for someone with a strong background in employee relations who thrives in dynamic environments. The Role: You'll act as a key HR partner to operational leadership, managing a wide range of employee relations activity and driving a culture of performance, accountability, and engagement. You will: Lead complex ER/IR cases, including pay negotiations, grievances, disciplinaries, and appeals Provide sound advice to the wider team on employment legislation and best practice Drive workforce planning, performance management, and succession strategies Lead engagement initiatives, HR projects, and compliance-driven training rollouts Monitor absence trends and support return-to-work processes Support cultural transformation and promote DE&I principles across the organisation The ideal candidate: Proven HRBP or senior HR generalist experience in a unionised, operational setting Strong expertise in complex ER case management Confident, credible, and approachable - able to build trust at all levels Strong analytical, planning, and coaching skills CIPD qualified or equivalent (preferred) What's On Offer: Up to £55,000 base salary Enhanced pension scheme.
