Job Title: Commercial Account Handler

Salary: £30,000 – £38,000

Role Summary:
This is a long-term, progressive role offering genuine career stability and satisfaction within a growing commercial insurance team. You'll play a key role handling a broad book of SME commercial risks, building client relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery while working toward team and individual goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage renewals and new business enquiries: Deliver consistently strong results to support team targets
* Conduct thorough renewal reviews: Identify cover gaps and advise clients accordingly
* Market reviews and policy recommendations: Ensure bespoke, client-focused solutions
* Policy documentation and compliance: Maintain accuracy and meet regulatory timelines
* Debt management: Keep on top of collections and escalate concerns when needed
* Support additional cover discussions: Protect clients through tailored solutions
Requirements:
* Commercial broking experience across lines such as liability, property, or financial
* Comfortable handling renewals, MTAs, and new business quotes
* Knowledge of commercial markets and economic trends
* Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and a supportive team player
