Consolidation & Reporting Senior Accountant
Location: Tamworth
Salary: 50,000- 65,000 per year (DOE)
We're recruiting a qualified Senior Accountant to join a Group Finance - Consolidation & Reporting team. You'll help deliver accurate, timely month-end and group reporting across a large multi-entity structure, working closely with over 40 legal entities and key internal stakeholders under IFRS.
What you'll be doing
* Liaising day‑to‑day with group legal entities, issuing reporting instructions and resolving submission queries
* Providing technical support for submissions within Tagetik
* Reviewing month‑end and periodic entity reports, validating accuracy and completeness
* Supporting consolidated reporting packs and commentary for senior stakeholders
* Helping maintain and administer the consolidation tool structure and data, plus delivering user training where needed
* Providing IFRS insight and guidance across the business
* Driving continuous improvement across reporting processes (standardisation, automation, simplification)
* Supporting ad‑hoc finance projects
What we're looking for
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
* Strong working knowledge of IFRS and consolidated reporting in a group finance environment
* Up to 5 years' PQE in industry (or similar relevant experience)
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
* Strong systems/IT capability with consolidation/reporting tools
