The Role
The school is seeking an experienced Data Manager to lead and manage student data systems across the school.
This role is central to supporting school improvement through accurate data analysis and reporting. You will work closely with senior leaders, teaching staff and administrative teams to ensure that student data is effectively managed and used to inform decision-making.
Responsibilities
• Manage the school’s data management systems and ensure accuracy of student records
• Produce reports for senior leadership on student progress and attainment
• Analyse data to identify trends and support school improvement strategies
• Maintain examination and assessment data systems
• Support staff in accessing and interpreting data
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
• Coordinate data submissions for external reporting requirements
• Develop systems to improve efficiency in data collection and reporting
• Train staff on the use of data systems where required
