KAT, a creative, market leading and fully integrated marketing agency, is currently looking for a new Social Media Manager to join our team of experienced marketing professionals.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in creating, managing and reporting social media campaigns across the full range of platforms, as well as the strategic understanding to recognise the changing trends in user experience.
Roles and responsibilities:
* Responsible for the day-to-day planning and running of our clients’ event social media channels
* Creating, writing and programming various social media posts across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and LinkedIn)
* Managing, implementing and reporting on social media ad campaigns
* Monitor client’s competitor social media, websites and email newsletters and keep on file best practice
* Conversing with team members, suppliers and clients both in the spoken and written word, using the systems in place, offering continuity of care to KAT Marketing’ customers
* Assisting with maintaining and updating websites to ensure that all content is fresh, relevant and engaging
* Track, monitor and create timely reports that include analysis and tracking across the digital portfolio
* Social media and event assistance where required over event weekends
Skills and qualifications:
* Minimum 1 year marketing experience, preferably within digital marketing
* Proven knowledge and experience within B2C social media campaigns
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Planning and time management
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate recent examples of how they have delivered successful digital marketing campaigns and provide details on how they quantified success.
