Want to work only 7 shifts across a 14 day period? In this role, you’ll own the commercial performance of your department, leading and inspiring a team of 7–10 sales professionals on the shop floor. This is a hands-on leadership position—you’ll lead by example, actively driving sales and ensuring outstanding service. Collaboration is key, as you’ll work closely with a wider management team across multiple departments to ensure smooth operations and commercial success.
