We’re excited to be partnering with a long-established and respected business based in Hereford, currently seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their dedicated finance team on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to credit management. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow and building productive relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively manage and develop relationships with customers to ensure timely payments and resolve queries
Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts within agreed timelines
Prepare account reconciliations and ad hoc financial reports as required
Regularly review the status of accounts to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information
Provide clear and concise cash collection reports for senior leadership, highlighting risks and progress
