Job Description The Role As part of this role, you will maintain and install electrical and mechanical equipment across the factory floor, supporting machinery such as conveyors, labelers, scales, and processing systems. Your tasks will include conducting regular inspections, performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and responding promptly to any equipment failures. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues with effective, long-lasting repairs. Collaborating with multiple departments, you will help reduce downtime, keep detailed engineering documentation, and ensure smooth handovers between shifts. Strict compliance with Food, Health & Safety standards is essential. Additionally, you will adjust machinery settings and carry out efficient changeovers as needed. What We’re Looking For Practical experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems. Electrical qualification, preferably with knowledge of the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. Experience working in process plants, with fillers, packaging machinery, or in factory settings is desirable. Understanding of HMI systems would be beneficial. A proactive, detail-focused approach and strong problem-solving skills. Please Note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
