We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. Duties
* Supervise and lead a team of dental professionals, ensuring high standards of patient care and service.
* Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and compliance with health regulations.
* Oversee financial management tasks such as budgeting, billing, and invoicing to maintain the financial health of the practice.
* Handle human resources responsibilities including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and staff development.
* Implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and improve patient satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records of patient information and practice performance metrics.
* Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth among staff members.
* Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure quality care is provided to all patients.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a dental or healthcare setting is essential.
* Strong financial management skills with the ability to analyse budgets and manage costs effectively.
* Experience in human resources practices including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
* Familiarity with veterinary experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with patients and staff alike.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
