WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER
The Impact Finance & Markets division provides strategic leadership to create impact with the private sector by translating conservation into actionable strategies. The Corporate Engagement Advisor, Finance and Investors, supports our Zero Conversion Commodities initiative by engaging with financial institutions to eliminate deforestation and promote decarbonization in supply chains. The role involves sector engagement, strategy development, and collaboration with stakeholders.
The Senior Advisor, Investor Engagement, reports to the Managing Director, Corporate Engagement, advising on sector engagement strategies and supporting TNC’s Zero Conversion Commodities team.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOU
The role involves developing and implementing engagement strategies with asset owners, managers, banks, forums, and NGOs. Responsibilities include relationship management, project coordination, and travel up to 20%.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
* Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields and 6 years of senior management experience in government, corporate, or related sectors.
* Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Excellent analytical and project management abilities.
* Experience in strategy development and complex negotiations.
* Fluency in English.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Multilingual and multicultural experience appreciated.
* Team-oriented, self-motivated, and effective in remote work environments.

SALARY INFORMATION
The position can be based in any country where TNC operates, with salary ranges adjusted accordingly. U.S. applicants can expect $120,000–$150,000 annually, depending on experience and location. Actual pay will be determined during recruitment based on various factors.
